super time of deleivery time and true to it's word. Highly recomand it. Easy reading.
Being written as a task-oriented guide, this makes for a handy book to have around so one can quickly look up symptoms and etc and make changes. The author does not go into great depth about the interactions of food and nutrients but opens the door to further exploration for any topics one finds most curious.
I love the way this book looks and feels in your hands, it's got some really useful content. I just am not into the actual recipes, unfortunately. None of the three that I tried really worked for me.
The information on what teas to drink to help specific issues is valuable. I do not buy her other products, but use what I can find from local stores.
After reading this book and getting Slim for Life and the Food Bible, I joined her online site. I have suffered from severe allergies, fatigue, digestive issues and pretty much you name it.
I love Gillian McKeith. You should definitly have the books if you are on the web site as well.
After starting her guidlines I started feeling better within a couple of days. The book is pretty straight forward and easy to read.
I think that this book is worthwhile for everyone who is tired with not feeling well and is willing to get off their bootie and do something about it. They are now part of my daily ritual.
She covers everything from what foods not to eat, foods that are good for you and how to combine different types of food to make digestion work the way it was meant to. Gillian McKeith has written an excellent little guide to changing your life by eating healthy and getting more exercise. Dr. She leans more toward developing a healthy food intake lifestyle than a heavy workout plan. It's makes for light reading and comes in at only 224 pages. Each page is chock full of wisdom about how our food choices affect our health and well-being. Just about anyone should be capable of following her guidance. I highly recommend it.
